Personal information

We do not collect any personal information such as name and email address from the readers using our Services. Our website is different: if you contact us through it, we collect the details you give us, as explained in the next section.

Our website

This section covers touchtree.tech, the website where publishers and partners can find out about TouchTree and get in touch with us.

What we collect. When you fill in a form on our website (for example to see your publication on mobile, request a quote, request a case study, become a partner or contact us), we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, information about your publication and your message. If you use the live chat, we collect the messages you send and any details you choose to share.

Why we use it. We use these details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a demo or quote, send you the information you asked for and manage our business relationship with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to and following up enquiries about our services, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Who processes it for us. Our website forms and live chat are provided by Pipedrive, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which stores your enquiry on our behalf. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers act as our data processors, only handle your data on our instructions and are bound by appropriate data protection terms, including safeguards where data is transferred outside the UK.

Cookies on our website. When you first visit our website we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited and how people arrive at them. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. The live chat uses cookies needed for it to work, such as remembering an ongoing conversation.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, for example while we are discussing or providing our services, and then delete them.
